What is Counselling?

Counselling is an opportunity to talk about issues, which affect your life.

It gives you space to put your thoughts into words, and to consider what changes, if any, you may wish to make.

In a non-judgmental and supportive way I will help you to find from within yourself, all the skills and resources you need to be positive and take control of your life.

Issues may include:

  • Low self-esteem and confidence
  • bereavement
  • anxiety or abuse

in fact anything, which is keeping you stuck and unhappy. Counselling may help to clear the way for positive personal growth and development.

Counselling is available for both Individuals and Couples.
